All copyright in Curlo’s original characters, artwork, animations, written content, iMessage stickers and digital pet assets belongs to Appetitico Pte Ltd, to the extent copyright subsists under applicable law, except for material expressly identified as belonging to a third party. Rights in AI-assisted material are asserted only to the extent recognised by law.

Third-party software, fonts, trademarks and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licences. Nothing in this notice claims ownership of ChatGPT, OpenAI or any other third-party platform.

3. Permission for personal use

Where we expressly offer a Curlo pet for download, you may download, install and display it for your personal, non-commercial use in a supported application, subject to that platform’s rules. This permission does not transfer ownership of Curlo or its intellectual property.

Unless separately authorised by Appetitico in writing, or permitted by applicable law or a relevant third-party licence, you may not sell, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit Curlo assets, create merchandise from them, or present them as your own work. Keep copyright and creator notices intact.

4. Curlo Angel Stickers for iMessage

You may use the stickers through Apple’s supported sharing features in your personal conversations. This ordinary use is permitted; it does not transfer copyright or grant a right to extract, resell, repackage or commercially exploit the artwork.

Apps distributed through the App Store are subject to the licence shown with the app, including Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where no custom agreement is supplied. This website notice does not replace that agreement or override mandatory consumer rights.

5. Installation is your choice

Downloading, installing and using Curlo as a pet in ChatGPT, or in another supported application, is voluntary and at your own risk, subject to the legal protections described below.

You are responsible for checking the source of a download, the installation instructions, compatibility, requested permissions and the rules that apply to your device and account. Back up important data before making changes.

Digital pets and the applications hosting them may experience installation failures, display errors, compatibility problems, increased resource use, interruptions or data loss. Stop using or remove the pet if it causes problems. Do not disable security protections or disclose account credentials to install Curlo.

Curlo is a decorative character for entertainment. It is not a professional advice service, a safety tool or a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other qualified advice.

6. Availability & warranties

The website, artwork, digital pet files and sticker content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Appetitico makes no express or implied warranty that they will meet your requirements, work with every device or app version, operate without errors or interruptions, be free of harmful components, or be suitable for a particular purpose.

Features, downloads and compatibility may change or become unavailable. We do not promise ongoing updates, technical support or compatibility with future platform versions. This does not affect any separate express commitment we make to you or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Liability & your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Appetitico and Curlo’s creators and contributors are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, Curlo pet files or sticker content. This includes lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or loss or corruption of data where those losses are indirect or consequential. Any exclusion or limitation remains subject to applicable fairness and reasonableness requirements.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights and other non-waivable legal protections remain unaffected.

This notice is not a guarantee that every risk is covered or every exclusion is enforceable. Its effect depends on the applicable law and the circumstances.

8. Third-party platforms & links

Curlo is an independent Appetitico creation. References to Apple, iMessage, the App Store, ChatGPT and OpenAI identify third-party products only; no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by Apple or OpenAI is claimed. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party applications and linked services, including Apple’s Messages and App Store, ChatGPT and Telegram, have their own terms, privacy practices, permissions and availability. Appetitico does not operate or control those services, their responses or their decisions about accounts and features. Review their terms before using them. A link does not guarantee the accuracy, safety or availability of another service.

9. Applicable law & updates

This notice is intended to be interpreted under the laws of Singapore, subject to any mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply where you live. It does not remove rights or remedies that applicable law requires us to preserve.

If any part of this notice is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. We may revise this page to reflect changes to Curlo or applicable requirements and will update the date above. A revision does not retrospectively remove rights you already have.
